At Linenly, we want you to love your premium bamboo bedding. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unwashed condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Linens

  Carefully fold your items and place them in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
